The Pic du Canigou, otherwise known as the 'Sacred Mountain' stands at an impressive 2784m. With several routes up, a much tougher one directly from the Refuge de Batère, everyone can enjoy the beautiful views over the Mediterranean and Catalunya. The hike from the Refuge de Cortalets takes 1h45, and is a great spot to stay overnight.
